Coconut water, it should be the Next Wine or French Fries: Why coconut water is not the next wine, or French Fries or the next liquor....
If you are 6´0 in height or taller wear running shoes: most people that are 6¨0 or taller will tend to have more back problems because you are so tall and all that weight comes crushing/slamming into the ground and your spine is the same girth as any other height girth...When your foot slams into the ground it puts too much pressure on your spine so wear running shoes...Not just that there is no running shoes in existence that is too comfortably they dont have enough foam sponge enough...The material that running shoes are made from is not spongy enough, and not just that wear 5 Dr. scholls soles inside of those running shoes because you will gain weight as time passes by...
The metals that sustains the roof of cars: it needs to have a little bit more metal, the metal that sustains/prop-up the roof of cars needs to the thicker....
Tactical Exercise: Did you know that if you ate, very little and healthy or if most of your diet was liquid, or if you consume food with the lowest calories possible that you have to work out less...The purpose of working out is to, burn what you eat, but if you eat less you have to work out less...You dont have to eat less starve yourself you can eat a lot but make them vegetables only or food with the fewest calories in the world/market...
The Battle is NOT at the Gym but at the FOOD TABLE: The Dinner Table is called the GREAT EXERCISE ERASER AND THE POUNDS STACKER...Why i say this....Because is: HARDER TO Abstain from food or be choosy about food or calculating everything you eat than it is to: WORK OUT WITH WEIGHTS....Could you imagine if someone everytime they felt hungry went and work out, all you drank was liquid...lol..Jee that will be the day in human evolution, it doesnt have to be, painful work outs as long as you are sweating...Remember the movie: Dodge Balls the part that: Ben Stiller plays...lol...That´s what i think people who are addicted to working out do...They have been doing it for so long that they become addicted to the pain...
Also the Food: Tactical Fitness: I dont know what´s the food that has the most cholestorol, maybe is the eggs i dont know: Did you know that eating whatever product has the most cholesterol it adds like 6 months extra of having to work out to burn fat...Why because if the arteries are clogged with cholesterol there is few blood fluid passing through them, the heart is pumping fast when you are doing exercises the heart beats fast but because the arteries are clogged with cholesterol few blood fluid pressure is passing through the arteries/pipes which means blood cant get to the entire body and there is no calorie burning or fewest/minimal/minute calorie burning....Which in turn will cause you to get tired faster/easily....It also means slower the pace of the blood cells picking up or distributing oxygen which can cause micro-internal intoxication and make you fall short of breath, it will not surprise me if this is the cause why people snore for i noticed that when i was skinny i didnt snore only when i got fat....Could also mean, less passage of gas, the gas gets stancked up internal causing who knows what....Therre is also a paradox in what i said, because the skinnier you are the more glowing or potent is your metabolism making you more hungry than normal and hungrier quicker....
Something you DIDNT KNOW: 98.8% of men or women in the world are more, picky/choosy about the woman or man they like/want than about the food they eat, yet if you was picky about the food you eat, the woman you like will come: NATURAL because you will have a nice body and will stand out from the rest....
Also there are paradoxes in fitness: Because if you get fat or too fat the fat can give you cancer you are at risk of getting cancer but if all you eat is food with the lowest calories and few or none nutritional value it can also give you cancer...
Soxes should have holes in them and tennis shoes along with regular shoes should have holes in them to prevent your toes from developing bad odor or athletes foot....
Commercial Planes with parachutes: What doesnt a commercial plane be riddled with parachutes, have like: 25 parachutes...Slow down the impact of a plane crash....Owe this idea partly to: a single passenger plane that lost 1 wing and the passenger ejected with a parachute it look like the plane was hanging from a parachute the plane came on CNN, and thanks to: Joe Johnson from CNN...Dude even the space shuttle has a parachute and if you noticed, 1 parachute slows down the space shuttle which must be going at: 300 Miles per hour or more.....What kills most comercial planes is the smoke and speed of the crash...or a giant parachute i dont know...
Can someone send this to all the: Airlines of the World...
I Think i am not sure Artificial Toy, small scale Dam: Like in a river or a small creek, one could create a dam by creating a: half of a kilometer wide and 2 miles thick SPONGE AND AT THE END OF THE SPONGE YOU PUT SAND...Not fancy but it should create a dam...Maybe the sponge might have to be, thicker than 2 miles thick, maybe 4 miles...Or half a mile sponge, half a mile sand then half a mile sponge then half a mile sand and so on....
Atmospheric Pressure: Could increasing or lowering atmospheric pressure, slow down cancer cells or the AIDS VIRUS, or parkinsons/alzheimers, muscular distrophie, i am talking the kind of pressure that pressures against your body....It hasnt been studied...
