Trying to Help, Something that is Better than Working out Theoretically

I owe this idea to an Oriental chick who pass by....

Every time you eat or your kids eat after you eat yo spend: 30 Minutes afterwards, relaxing, tired, letting the food process, you probably take a nap...

multiply: 30 x 3 times a day you eat = 1 hour and 30 Minutes...EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE YOU DO THIS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO IT...

I know is tiring, but if you: WORK OUT [small dumbells] THOSE: 30 MINUTES you will be working out: 1 hour and 30 minutes EVERYDAY for the rest of your life...If you vomit so what are you getting hit by a car...I think that´s better than working out: 3 hours 2 or 3 times a day but i dont know....

And you will be doing it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE...If you had learnt this as a kid you might had been: 24 pound lighter than if you didnt...

Again, in fitness instead of seeing, 300 putch ups or 300 sit ups see 365 days a week...

even funnier will had been if he crosses the bridge like a daredevil and come out the other side...lol..
