Some ideas & Some Thoughts...

Boxing Bags: YOu know the one full of sand or whatever is it that they have...Well it can be made into a rowing exercise machine...You see those concierge bagage bar wheel aparatus people carry well you can have one of those and the boxing bag in the center/middle of it...Then you get a rope tie it to the boxing bag and just pull from a sitting down position...Cheaper than a rowing machine, which can cost: $1,300 dollars....You know for people who live in the jungle...

How to exercise in a stair: Have a mechanical stair with couch cushions on each step, take, 15% out of a ankle weights....have a string hanging from the ceiling attached to your back like the one construction workers use and walk the stairs for 10 minutes, just 10 minutes with the ankle weights and you will see how much panting you will be doing...You can further elaborate on the technology to prevent falls...This reminds me of mountain climbing, there are people who mountain climb for the thrill of it, yet this does make you pant a lot, your heart will be beating very fast in just: 5 minutes...But you will have to make the edges of the mechanical stair obtuse/blunt/not too sharp or off wood, it will be better if they are made out of wood with a foam underlining....Plus is a super exercise for the brain it exercises the brain coordination maybe it could prevent alzheimers/Parkinsons...

People with Mental Conditions/illnesses: Make them practice boxing with other people...Take the fear out of them....

Instead of Climbing Mount Everest: if you are skinny channel that energy and stamina and know all the English Idioms, learn 1 or 2 languages or help someone who weights: 350 pounds and up lose weight...Is more rewarding....It might give you a place in Heaven or give you lots of blessings...Christ said: ¨Love one another¨.....He also said: That which you have those to the least among us, you have done it on to me....or something like that...

Something that makes you eat less: Some people smoke to make them eat less...You know something i discover that makes you eat less or not savor food that much: ¨HOT SAUCE¨....If you accustom yourself to eating all the time you will see it/experience it....But i feel hot sauce should be mixed with: Garlic a couple of grams of garlic....[part of this idea i owe it to the movie: ¨The Texas Chain Massacre¨....I noticed this for years....It makes the deliciousness of the food not stay in your tongue...Just make sure to brush your teeth every time after you eat to errase the deliciouness out of your tongue [a tongue scrapper right after you eat will be perfect]...If the deliciouness stay in your tongue buds it will make you constantly think of the food and the next time you are hungry you are going to remember that moment of the deliciousness in your tongue...Remember the deliciousness in your tongue has been going on for decades making you yearn/longing for food....If i was you i will carry a bottle of Hot Sauce in your handbag/purse for whenever you are eating out...If i was you i will carry a bottle of Hot Sauce in your handbag/purse for whenever you are eating out and a toothpaste with toothbrush...Also use, MOUTHWASH right after you eat the one that burns, it has to be the one that burns....

Something that could Work your Abs & Triceps: have a machine where you lay down with an arc/rainbow/bow/arch  astride in your chest providing resistance and you just push it down with your arms....It will come back up and you push it down with both of your hands...I owe this idea to the, Biggest Store in my country went and buy something there....You could burn calories that way...Like if you are sick in bed and cant move....
