Could be the oil spill and chemicals are influencing the surface current. I read somewhere the deeper the water in the ocean the slower the current moves.

Just got back from doing a little research on the gulf current. Could be the oil and chemicals have something to do with it. We will have to wait and see. It appears the gulf current has been in a change from what I just read.

Another thought is that we are coming into 2012. I think earth loops back around and goes the opposite side or something. Could be going into a shift. Maybe when we flush the toilet the water will go counter clockwise instead of clockwise in the northern hemisphere after the loop.
I will have to wait and see. LOL

If that gulf stream stops, the UK and Europe climate will change dramatically. There goes the man-made global warming scam...right up the igloo chimney.

Thanks JAP! Metaphysical sources (they're many times ahead or what hard science releases) say we're NOT going to experience a pole shift. If one occurred that would change the climate to such a degree as to kill off earth's inhabitants. They also say that we are definitely in for climate changes, that the hotter temps we've been experiencing in the past 40-50 years are a precursor to a min ice age. When they get past the atmospheric global warming hype-to-tax, they'll likely be releasing information stating that. A slow down in the gulf current may be part of mother earth's ice age plans despite political hot air warming the atmosphere.

I'm sure the global warming dingleberries will figure out how to make a buck on the global cooling disaster that will kill the animals and ruin crops....I can just see it now.
