His teleprompter had a glitch in it with word spell, and it kept spitting the words back to him. Thats alright, he didn't even know what he had said..   Hoo ray....!

Thanks Jarasan! No truer words spoken. Enough with the experiment of just a little more communism/fascism/whatever-ism and we can make it work THIS TIME.
