Guys this is JUST a hypothesis, i am not a: Fitness EXPERT...How to burn: 25 pounds in 2 weeks...provided you have the time..

Here is a link:

http://www.chacha.com/question/how-many-calories-would-a-155-pound-woman-burn-doing-a-leg-press-with-50-pound-weights-for-ten-min

it asks the question if you missed it, how many pounds does a: 155 pound woman burn doing a leg press with 50 pounds weights for 10 minutes...

The Answer for: 40 calories...

And i am thinking: a guy weighing: 200 pounds might lift more than 50 pounds so he should burn more calories...

Let´s say is: 60 calories in 10 minutes that he will burn...

1 hour has: 60 minutes...60 minutes divided by: 10 minutes = 6...

6 x 60 calories burn in 10 minutes = 360 calories burned in 1 hour....

360 calories x 3 hours = 1080 calories burned in 3 hours...Do it in 7 days = 7,600 calories burned in 1 week....Do it for another week = 15,120 calories burned in 2 weeks..During those 2 weeks just eat peanut butter and bread and a glass of orange juice only...YOu should burn like 25 pounds...

Had it been: 70 calories that the guy burns in 10 minutes in total it will be: 22,000 calories burnt in a: 2 week period and eat only During those 2 weeks just eat peanut butter and bread and a glass of orange juice....
