THAT guy held his breath for approx 4 minutes - I can't hold my breath much more than a couple of minutes!

OTOH, 19 minutes and 21 seconds for the new world record.

Cool vid!
No way that was done in one take. But holding one’s breath for the length of the video is possible. The give-away was the exhale on ascent- he was getting air down deep.
