To Fitness Experts Around the World: Something You Should Know

There is a little process that occurs in men it also occurs in women but women get it double...I call it the: Food Bloating...

Let´s use the example of a Male:

He gets up at: 8am brush his, teeth, prepares breakfast, take a shower fix the bed, ect, ect the thing is that by: 9am he is eating...9:30 he and his family finish eating...What happens is common all over the world to EAT TOO MUCH TO YOU SUPER FULL YOURSELF...You dont full yourself you super full yourself...Remember food complete digestion last: 2 hours...

So you eat at: 9am and at: 11am you are empty again...from 9am to 11am you dont feel like doing anything and much less working out...from 11am to 12 midday i doubt you will be working out, you are probably running errands....

We should not eat 3 times a day but the majority of people in the world do...

at: 12midday you dont full yourself you, SUPERFULL YOURSELF...again the process repeat...last 2 hours...from 2pm to 3pm i again doubt you will be working out....At 3 or 4 you eat supper and superfull yourself...last 2 hours again the process repeats...Again during those 2 hours that you are full you dont feel like working out you can barely work....The process repeats every single day of your life it repeats so much that you have become accustomed....

then at night you begin to slow down you want to watch your tv and prepare yourself for when you are sleeping....

So again fitness experts of the world: Teach people, not to full themselves...or eat small/tiny portions throughout the day...

men get this bloating and woman to, but women receive a double doze because they do get bloating too naturally not from food...

Another reason why i and why you should promote lifting small weights but doing it the whole year and subsequent years than doing incredible things in fitness and just lasting, 1 year or 2 years...

you know a culture/country that promotes not fulling yourself when you eat??? I heard that is the: Japanese Culture...You dont see how skinny they are....
