It could serve to create a: Elderly Fitness Army/Air Force....Where elderlys are Paid to Work out just like in the Army with Bases all over the: USA...Again i dont see ANY FITNESS EXPERT PROTESTING OR COMING UP WITH THIS IDEA....RIGHT....

again when they need to be talking about politics ON THIS ISSUE and when there needs to be: Republican and Democrats ON THIS ISSUE, THERE ISNT....

You could had taken those: $24 Billion dollars and create the: Midget Fitness Army/Air Force Base or the Midget Fitness Olympics or the Midget Cycling Horse Racing....

This should have more Image more prestige than, Long Horn Bulls/Bufalo/Ox because when people talk about those long horn bulls, they talk like they were driving a Mercedes or had a: Private Jet or a Helicopter...
