Remember the gym on the bus...

i am not a fitness expert but i am convinced you can do it...With a: 7 to 10 pound dumbells...You dont need a: 20 or 30 or 35 pound dumbells weights...If you are: 5¨7 or 5¨8...How??? If you use the 7-10 pound dumbell and work out: EVERYDAY...TWICE A DAY or 3 times a day, exert yourself with it....But is going to take you, LONGER....YOU will not lose the weight in 3 month but you will lose it in: 2 years or 1 year or 1 year and a half...Is a long term thing...only 10 pounds dumbells...Women you might need less like: 7 pound dumbell but i am convinced you can do it...

remember that bus...If that bus was to carry, 10 pounds or 7 pounds dumbells in 1 year and 4 months you will lose: 30 pounds...You could get on the bus take with your your towel an extra sweater and deodorant you could make it...

the bus go with tinted/dark windows so nobody can see inside...You will lose the weight...

Gravitational pull of earth which is the force grounding us to the planet has decreased in recent years. Consuming food is grounding which could explain why so many people have gained weight in recent years. Not knowing why they feed destabilized, they've consumed extra food in an effort to more fully ground. It's an energy issue, not necessarily appetites gone haywire.
