".......Here's the way it works in ObamaWorld. Legislation is passed by the congress. It is then signed into the law by the president. At that point the law applies to everyone, right? Well ..... er .... no, actually. It seems that in ObamaWorld the law applies to whomever Obama thinks it should apply to ... and it doesn't apply to those Obama wants to skate free. That's the way we want it to work, right? The law is passed and goes on the books ... and then the president decides who has to obey and who doesn't. ......"

Thanks Sully! Why not exempt all of America from the bill and let con-gress enjoy its own creation minus the slush fund this one creates?

It used to be that laws violating the "equal protection" clause were overturned.
Maybe we should be glad so many waivers are being put forth. ;-)

Thanks Time*treat! Aren't we glad the current regime is so creative, granting exceptions? Wonder how big a 'campaign contribution' it takes to be on the inside track?
