If you want to throw away money and help people you could create a school that trains low paying workers into becoming: Hospital double check security personnel, that double checks everything to prevent deaths, i dont know, walking with a custom made phone laptop or something...

Dude: 98,000 people is: 98,000 people...You can not do it in the USA you will need, large amount of money...But in a small landsize country you can...Unless you, ask every person that was supposed to die to sign a contract forever paying a particular insurance, something like: $5 a month...And the money is used to HIRE HOSPITALS DOUBLE CHECK SECURITY PERSONNEL...For example, saving: 98,000 people from dying in the hospital in 3 years it will be:
