I agree with his approach to taxation.
I can imagine my father sitting in a movie theatre listening to this broadcast. I can remember going to the indoor theatre and watching the news of the day. Probably a week or so old but news of the day. Movietone news I they called it.

One reason why I favor Fair Tax which will abolish all federal income taxes, tax shelters, write-offs, compliance costs and massive embedded taxes we don't even realize we're paying. The people then control government directly via their spending. Not happy, then buy only the necessities until Washington responds.
