Can you say Bush's 2004 "Guest Worker Program"? Why even bother with [s]elections? May as well just have the new guy tag-in to office, like pro wrestlers do for the ring, since both are equally scripted. :-/

Thanks Time*treat! Yes and Clinton or Bush Sr. could have chosen to close borders but it seemed more expedient to their plans to leave them wide open. If we had Fair Tax it would be less an issue since they'd be paying federal taxes when they purchased something.
