"........Where is U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in all of this?  I guess he’s busy planning a lawsuit to stop California from making pot smoking a misdemeanor.  Holder is probably also very busy with continuing legal actions against Arizona’s immigration law.  I guess trillions of dollars in mortgage and securities fraud is just not enough of a legal priority for America! ......."

There has got to be more of this than just votes. There is another agenda we don't see.

It is much easier to prosecute someone with little or no defense funds. In and out of court and off to jail real quick. Whats the penalty for swiping a loaf of bread?
In the case of this foreclosure gate the court cases could go on for years and years. They may prosecute a few of the biggies for show. Just like they prosecute a tax evader now and then to scare the s**t out of anyone thinking of evading taxes.

You ever notice those tax evader cases conveniently pop up in the news around March and first part of April.
