Usually a "task force" is designed to create less of something.

Interesting phrase on the page numbered 28: "Guaranteed Retirement Accounts".
Well, I'm sure it's all just a rough draft ... and section III is completely harmless -- at least as harmless as the minimum wage laws on the canning industry of American Samoa.
