That sign sums it up and rub it in our faces. This is taking "America, the land of the free" to a new level. "What we have here is a failure to communicate"lol

The last half of the message looks like a threat to me? More of a threat than arresting some 3rd grader that brought nail clippers to school.

Yet, they probably didn't even ask for his immigration papers to see if he is legal!

I had to show ID here in Tennessee but I think anyone daring to ask illegal aliens for ID in AZ will be publicly flogged by White House operatives and democrat judges..

Comparing the lettering formation and slant on the sign in black to the red do not appear to have been done by the same person.
