why not have a class but with stationary bikes the leader instructor motivates the women...Is a lot better...YOu can have music, huge theater video/movie screen and the instructors motivate people who will be on their stationary/static bikes...It could be a step climber a class/room full of step climber with women listening to 1 instructor...Is better than aeorobics classes...Imagine an instructor like the guy from the movie: Full Metal Jacket in a class/room full of women in step climbers or stationary bicycles...Is a lot Better...And instead of different workouts in the aeorobics class you get differen bycycles shift gears playing with the gears...
