Advice to Real Estate Banks/Finance companies/car companies: When you are advertising on TV dont tell people that crap of: 2.99% refinance crap specially first home buyers it throws people away it disorient people, FIRST OF ALL, WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO, ARE YOU TALKING TO AN ECONOMIST OR A STOCK MARKET BROKER because that´s what it sounds like...Speak PLAIN ENGLISH..Most people didnt or dont go to college so they didnt have higher maths classes even if they did, those 2.99% APR and 2.99 interests rates ARE ONLY GIVING IN 2 PAGES OF THE ENTIRE MATH BOOK, plus most of what people remember about math is, ALGEBRA, THAT´S IT...Instead, mention how much a person is going to spend a month and for how many years...You will get more customers that way, people will understand what you are talking about...And instead of calling it mortgage, call it, note just like a car note the same thing a house not, the extra word is just littering people´s brain....

I owe this idea partly to the Sherrif David Barber who came on TV on CNN today Monday14th of November, 2010: Let´s say you have to pay: 30 years for a house to own it, THEORETICALLY AND TECHNICALLY you could only pay: 5 years of it, own it if you sign a contract to give it away to the bank after you die of old age or after you die if you live alone and if you die prematurely you can always take out a life insurance.....Theoretically and technically that´s what should happen...

How someone could frame you into killing someone else: get the keys of your house and when you go to sleep come close to you, put you to sleep like with a cloth with odors inject you with blood but not just any blood but blood taken from all the criminals of a prison...You may say it cant happen???? Well there have been cases in medicine where a person donates his/her kidney and the recipient of the kidney dreams the dreams of the person that donated the kidneys...So...Or they could slimply dilute the blood in a drink/juice and crafttily prepare it as for you so that whenever you taste it you will not taste the blood...

Did you know the more talkative/socializer you are the more memory you lose each year...Because you are feeding new input into the brain so the brain has to make space for it and it does so by clearing away the memory reserve/vault....think about it as the thread of a shoe if you walk you will not lose so much thread while if you run you lose more thread of your shoes....

Cranberry juice to prevent cancer from spreading: i meant to write this last week...A doctor told me that cranberry juice prevents virus and bacteria from sticking to the walls of your body cells...Maybe it will prevent cancer from sticking to the cell walls of your body cells making the cancer not spread...

I owe this idea to the movie Swordfish: To all the countries in the world...And i thought, let´s say you want to cut funding for an Agency and the agency receives: $100 Billion dollars a year and you want to get rid of that governmental agency, instead of eliminating it, take: $100 Billion dollars or 2 years worth of it, it will be: $200 Billion dollars let it earn interests at: $14 Billion dollars per year and the subsequent years of $100 Billion dollars a year that agency you was going to eliminate you use the: $100 Billion a year...So you didnt eliminate the agency you just shrank it significantly....or you can take: $100 Billion dollars place it in the bank let it earn interests eliminate the agency and 30 years later when you decide to create it back you will have accumulated: $100 billion extra or you will have: $200 Billion dollars in total...And you can let it run at: $5 Billion dollars each year then, and you will have enough for: 40 years of the Agency the only difference is that it will be shrunk...it doesnt have to be the bank it could be a high yielding fund in the Stock Market...Like for countries around the world....

People who are Nomads living in the deserts: i was watching this show about nomads who live in deserts, well not all deserts have sand dunes, this nomads have houses made out of cloth...I thought to each nomad house build houses out of sand brick like the bricks in madagascar and whenever a wanderer goes to another place he MOVES OUT OF THAT HOUSE AND WHOEVER IS WALKING in the direction the nomad was previously, he/she takes refuge...The houses become sort of like motels except that you dont have to pay to stay...They can make them really big if they want to house more people....

Why not a Nomad Global Pick4: whose revenue is for All the Nomad community around the world [50 cents out of every dollar just like the USA State lottery]....You know nomad spells out: no mad or dont get mad/dont get angry...And if houses are too expensive, use old or used semi buses or mini-buses as houses...I rather sleep on a bus than on a tent, just got to custom made the seats....I owe this idea to a neighboor...I am sure heavy gear helicopters, like hercules helicopters can drop off mini-buses in the desert....And maybe someone could work out something with the bus engine into making it turn on a light bulb like the batteries of the bus or pour gasoline on it and let it turn on a light bulb...Since the bus is not running, nor carrying passengers and is not heavy duty, i galon of gasoline should make the light bulb be on for: 5-10 years...

The USA Air Force One and Every country´s Air Force1: thought about this, 2 years ago in 2008...Why doesnt the president´s Air Force one plane LADDER changes....Imagine an elderly president coming down those stairs and tripping, it can happen to anyone...A president can trip and lose teeths which could mean not been able to convinced a nation or congress or not been able to have lunch with some dignitary he/she could die, more so with heels.....Instead let the stair of the plane come down but introduce an electric one like a crane or extended arm ontop of the ladder belonging to the plane....

Fitness Tactic: How about an electrical 4 steps ladders to do exercises...And you put on a sand ankle weight and you walk on it to prevent falling over....YOu will burn more calories than running or static bikes, possibly more weights than dumbells and weights....

Dead Celebrities, Royalties: Why not make it mandatory that dead celebrities royalties, that they have to donate: 5% of revenue per year towards charities like animal charities, ocean animal charities, nomads and homeless...

When someone says profanity on TV: Everytime someone says a profanity on TV why not show instead a small flag of any country at random that covers the mouth of the person, plus the bleep sound, it will make people learn the flags of different countries quicker....

Latin Soap Operas: why not make latin soap operas informative, like if you are showing a soap opera about guys in Russia, just dont show the landscape of those countries but say stuff that will make viewers learn about stuffs of that country, make it, informative....The English soap operas, spice them up with other field´s jargon, again, make them, informative.....Just dont write a script...
