Can you please tell me the next step after you find the sum of a number like 402 the sum is 6 now what do I do?

Sounds like you are referring to "root sums". None of my current workouts are based on doing anything with sums or root sums. There is the Julian Calendar workout which I posted here: http://bit.ly/cUsYez. It has some discussion of sums and root sums and how to use them with the Calendar. Hope that helps.
