To Central America: You need a particular type of Buses like mini-buses, think of them as Cab buses but they are mini-buses that whereever you are in a city and you need to be in a hurry at a certain place but you dont have enough for a cab you can take those buses at a cheaper price, you pay: $1 and you call a station with your cell phone and they tell you how many minutes before the next one...But this buses dont stop at every bus stop, they pick up who they need to pick up and go straight...Again they are not big buses they are mini-buses...For those who are in a hurry...

To Central America: Tiny Small Soccer Courts: In some central american small soccer courts they make the surrounding of those soccer courts they use a fence and they are expensive as hell...I think this is why they cost so much because of how expensive a fence can cost...I was thinking in central America and other countries they can make the fence out of bamboo like in Asia or another material or a framework with metal/wood and nylon and the money they were going to spend in the fences they buy/spend it in: artificial lawn...

A message to Central America & Parts of Africa: Do NOT buy NAME BRAND JEANS...DO NOT...Not today, not tomorrow not any day...Use the money for your kids...Like for example, create a membership account at a store and buy your kids a static/stationary bike or whatever for your kids or take care of your wife buy her a static/exercise bike, some small pounds dumb bells...Leave the name brands for people who make: $70,000 dollars and up a year in your country....And if money left back you can donate it to charity, your local church, ect, ect....if money left you back you can save and buy paint and paint your house or the new thrash bin you needed, soap to wash clothes, your kids lunch at school, new linoleun for the bathroom or mat/rug for the bathroom, 2 story bed for your kids, rug for the living room, ect, ect....

Why not create a particular type of golf, a Global golf for those who like fitness where the winner wins, An entire lifetime of fruits groceries....

Why not mix oatmeal juice with banana juice....

The Problem with Gym Bench Press: YOu know something i´ve seen over and over...I think is design, how the human body is design...Bench press over develops the shoulders, PARTICULARLY the area where the: Scapula Bone is, well that area when is TOO SWOLLEN muscle wise is like a guarantee the body will become morbidly obese...Why is that i dont know...
Is like a car with the rims too heavy it causes a series of other problems...Dont forget there is a rivalry between men of who bench presses the most....
One possibility might be that the body to keep up with the rest of the body releases FAT to make the body be in unison or maybe too overdeveloped shoulders like in the Scapula area presses too much weight on the lungs which causes a chain reaction eventually making the body release too much fat....
One possibility is that having massive shoulders creates more WEIGHT, which makes you walk less causing you to gain weight, or how do you know pressure on the lungs, changing the RPM [rounds per minute]/changing your lungs output doesnt DERRAIL a body innate synchronization factor of maintain healthy weight...
