Guys, there is another reason probably why West Virginia is not made in every country in the world or they dont create a global pick3 might be because, there is a conflict of interests...

Guys you know the USA and many countries have interests and people working overseas, like FBI and stuff, ect...

NOw, suppose the FBI is talking to a bad guy and they tell him/her we are going to pay you money to release a kidnapped child, the bad guy is going to call and say i dont need/want your money because i can get it from playing Pick3 or West Virginia Cash25 or an easy lottery...Again, harming the FBI and countries interests overseas....
