So, I was sitting here thinking today about the "what do I call an Ace" statement fromt he other day when I thought.  I should add the 2 Jokers tothe deck and give them the numerical value of "0".  Maybe this will allow for 00 combinations, I thought.

So, I shuffled the deck and what were the first 2 cards to come out of the deck?  An Ace and a Joker.  Granted, this was for the 4 digit draw so with the thoughts of the other day, I'm going to say my first draw with Jokers gave me:
