Look I am dedicating an Entire blog to this...IS NOT HOW MUCH EXERCISE YOU DO, IS WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT...

Something else to those that are skinny....many of you like to travel long distances to work out you might do it, 4 times a day and is great if it works for you but i dont know, i am saying, why travel long distances when you can stay at home, buy some weights and work out at home...I KNOW weights are heavy...BUT THEY DONT HAVE TO BE HEAVY WEIGHTS...THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF WEIGHTS WORK OUT...TO GET STRENGHT--HEAVY WEIGHTS AND CARDIO-CODITIONING-WHICH IS LIGHT WEIGHTS [lots of repetitions]...IF YOU DIDNT KNOW...

 you spend 30 minutes going to the place you was going and 30 minutes coming plus fare/gas....or call a friend, telling him/her to lets work out at home...

those 30 minutes going and coming is 1 hour of work out you could do...those 2 dollars per day of going to work out that you spend/gas amounts to, $10,000 in 20 years...

i dont know why they dont have a website where you can find people who want to work out, they come to your home and you all work out or find work out buddies...you may say oh what if they robb us, well create a site for women only...you going to tell me a woman is coming to your home and rob you, not saying it can not happen but is lesser the cases...

Stores are to blame too, the weights dumbells they sell are in increments of 5, like we all measure the same...Again who is smarter the human or the cow...

and remember if you didnt eat fat food you will not be fat in the first place....
