There are lots of countries with rivers where the river they are not doing anything with the river, good example i think is called the Thameses river of England is very wide...Ethiopia for example i think they got, 87 million people each one could contribute, $10 or $20 and it would be, $1 billion dollars or $2 Billion dollars...With it work out something with other countries of their river where they build the Dam for $1 Billion or $2 Billion dollars they use half the water of the river which are unused anyways in exchange for some trade i dont know cheaper limons or something England or another country might need...

Africa, Middle East and Asia you need to work out....

A country like, Argentina or Peru got many rivers i am sure, they could make like, $10 Billion dollars a year selling water to other countries in needd, very cheap....Native Indians could do this also....
