People of the world, A Global lotteries for global causes, one problem that arises is that, i dont know how they are going to do it because it will require the use of the internet as mass communication tool...And like how i said before...THE INTERNET IS SO RID OF HACKERS AND CROOKS that is going to shut down one of this day, that i dont know how they are going to do it...TV is expensive, unless they buy a global channel.....but they will still need to use the, INTERNET...SO I DONT KNOW...
