Well it can be done by cities partnering up, i read that there is: 276 major cities in the USA, each one of those cities must have like:
3 million to 4 million people so you could pool/partner up between cities...For example, 2 major cities will have: 6 million people the population of the STATE OF GEORGIA or any state...So those 2 cities will have the games that the state of Georgia will have...
AND HOW MANY CITIES THERE ARE IN THE WORLD: THOUSANDS...

i think is the fastest way to loose weight...Is a prison Syle Building with cells, then there is chairs you sit in the chair they strap your legs you cant move, now your arms you will use them for lifting weights you dont watch tv, no radio, you sleep right there in that chair/wheelchair, you got the whole day to lift weights in that cell...well maybe a radio...THEY FEED YOU WHEN THEY WANT...ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TURN YOURSELF IN TO THE BUILDING...they give you upper body weights machinery...

probably use a whip/belt everytime you dont perform or meet standards....

it can be the opposite too...you know those sweaters that they give crazy people not to move their hands whejre they have their hands tied up well you put a person in a cell witht hat sweater and foot weights machinery....
