you know what it is for your ships or plane to go down in the ocean many seas with supercold water, time is of the essence...One use for the Decomission Aircraft carriers and Old USA Military Ships put helicopters on them and whenever an emergency happens they can be the first one on the scene...Same with decomissioned submarines....Those helicopters could save some lives...And everyone who navigate the seas pays a small tiny international fee that is used as insurance to pay for the ships...you hear about accidents all the time in the oceans on TV....

This is only for cities and big cities...Programs like Tom tom that guide you car and gives directions to your car use, Satellite coordinates GPS but that if there were stations hooked like stations to the roofs of buildings and roofs of tall buildings that emit signals to cars giving directions to cars in those cities, so that they could drive themselves, kind of like magnetic pulses that trains/rails use...You could even use post of electricitys, they are everywhere they could be the guides...

What if fire fighters had a hose that work like a vacum that when there is a fire in a house you take it there and it sucks the smoke out of it, allowing for passage and the hose has an exhaust pipe somewhere else far away where it spews the smoke...is the smoke that kills people most of the time...
