How to makel: $61 Million to $122 Million dollars in a Recession in 10 years..
Published:
Updated:
during a recession houses are all over the floor in prices...you buy: 500 houses at very low prices like if you was rich...
you wait 10 years because in 10 years the economy will pick up...then you sell them at: $50,000 extra than what you bought them for...
$500 x $50,000 = $25 Million dollars that you made...
in the mean time while the 10 or 12 years are passing along you rent them:
$500 x $500 a month = $250,000
$250,000 x 12 month = $3 Million dollars...
$3 Million dollars x 10 years or 12 years = $36 Million dollars...
$36 Million dollars x $25 Million dollars = $61 Million dollars...
imagine if you had bought: 1,000 homes instead of: 500 homes...Would had been the double...
and yes you get your money back also the one you spent...
