CRANBERRY juice...i heard by doctors that it doesnt let viruses or bacteria adhere/stick to the walls of the cells...But the cranberry juice only does it in 1 part of the body...If you can replicate the scenario throughout the body theoretically:  NOTHING SHOULD TOUCH YOU....
