Great find, and no pancake effect of each floor collapsing faster than gravity and gee no molten steel in the basement either, wow!

Mitchell bombers didn't use jet fuel, weren't flying at 300+MPH, didn't weigh 120,000 lbs. plus come on people, really. The max speed of a B-25 was about 250 mph. they were in landing approach about 140mph. Apples and frinking coconuts.

A blurb from WIKI.

On Saturday, 28 July 1945, at 0940 (while flying in thick fog), a USAAF B-25D crashed into the north side of the Empire State Building, hitting between the 79th and 80th floor. Fourteen people were killed — 11 in the building, along with Colonel William Smith and the other two occupants of the bomber. Betty Lou Oliver, an elevator attendant, survived the impact and a subsequent uncontrolled descent with the elevator. It was partly because of this incident that Towers 1 and 2 of the World Trade Center were designed to withstand the impact of a Boeing 707 aircraft (though the planes that hit the towers on September 11, 2001 had significantly higher masses and were traveling at substantially higher speeds).

(And thousands of other diffs.)

The empire state building was designed to hold the weight of a very large gorilla.....................and bi planes shooting machine guns at it.

Do try this at home. Start a stop-watch and for each floor of one of the World Trade Center towers say out loud the words "clunkety clunk". When you get to the total number of floors for that tower and you said clunkety clunk over and over, stop the watch. What you will find is that the tower fell faster than you could say clunkety clunk for each floor. So what does that tell you? The towers fell at near spead of gravity and faster than you could say clunkety clunk for each floor, i.e. impossible NOT to have been a controlled demolition.

TA, gravity measured is (gravity=g=9.8m/second squared) (Newtonian physics) it is an rate of acceleration. What you are describing is a fixed velocity (v=X meters / per second). If you use your test using gravity each successive clunckety clunk has to be said twice as fast as the previous clunckety clunk, all the down to the ground where v=zero. It is a differential equation not a linear equation when you dealing with gravity and falling objects.

Jarasan, I'm curious if you're familiar with WTC #7 that did not get hit by a plane (only flaming debris) and fell straight down into its own footprint at 5:20 that afternoon. Larry Silverstein, the owner of the bldg., said in a televised interview afterward that "the decision was made to 'pull it'". What could he have meant by "pull it" and why did that building fall in 7 seconds? No other steel structure in the history of mankind has been melted by fire and collapsed into its own footprint even after burning for 18 hours.
