I was going to say that you could use a South American Powerball for it but i am trying to save the lottery for IMPORTANT THINGS...Something you could do is create, a Unified soccer betting or Unified sport betting in South America only and the revenue from it you create a: South American la Liga Conference like the Spanish La Liga...and add to that a South America NBA OR Major League Beisball....ONLY IF YOU LIKE...

India you can do the same, CHINA you can do the same, Africa you can do the same, Asia you can do the same, Middle East you can do THE SAME...

It doesnt have to be, sport betting it could be, CASINOS...

What you can do is the following kill 3 birds with 1 stone...Create a South American Powerball it will be the same as the USA but double for i think you have double the number of people as the USA...50% of every dollar goes to the Liga...NOW Instead of this Powerball paying: $50 million and $200 Million it will only pay: $12 Million or $15 Million ALWAYS...ANYTHING ABOVE, $15 MILLION IS FOR THE GOVERNMENTS...You let it cost, $2 the ticket like in Europe...

KILL 3 BIRDS WITH 1 STONE....

You can also create a SECOND SOUTH AMERICAN POWERBALL, DO THE SAME AND CREATE A SOUTH AMERICAN WOMEN LA LIGA...SOUTH America WOMEN MBA, SOUTH America WOMEN MLB...India you can do the same, CHINA you can do the same, Africa you can do the same, Asia you can do the same, Middle East you can do THE SAME...let the ticket cost: $2 too....

and i am telling you something from now...Women can not play no 90 minutes 5 times a week like male professional soccer players do....YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE SOMEONE OR A COUPLE OF PEOPLE A HEART ATTACK...

Something else you can do if you dont want to do la Liga Professional is that you create a La Liga but of common people or teens, all around different countries to keep people busy and give them a source of jobs...For example, $2 Billion dollars will hire: 400,000 people to work and 834,000 teens playing soccer...Not just soccer it could be the teens basketball NCAA of teens or Teens NFL or Teens MLB or Teens MLB of Softball....India you can do the same, CHINA you can do the same, Africa you can do the same, Asia you can do the same, Middle East you can do THE SAME...

Also the revenue the, Teens La Liga or Adult La Liga or Professional La Liga and/or the girls Teens La Liga or Female Adult La Liga or Women Professional La Liga; their revenue from advertisements, maybe bettings, stadiums attendance, ect, ect can be donated to Charity or to the governments or for whatever the governments needs or for projects the governments need...
Also you SouthAmerica you should be generating like, $4 Billion dollars a year instead of $2 Billion for you have double the pèople the USA has so you should have: $800,000 male adults to work as soccer players and 1.7 Million male teens...if you create a second Powerball for women you will have: 800,000 female adults to work as soccer players and 1.7 Million female teens as soccer players.....
