Nobody has thought of this...Something so simple as a headachake pill or cold/flu pill...Some headache or cold/flu pills to raise your high blood pressure is part of their side effect, they sell them all over the world...

how many cold/flu pills you get a year??? At least from 2-6...Imagine you taking a cold/flu pill that raises your blood pressure 1 point...So thats 1 point risen...you take it 2 times a year....That´s 2 points per year if you get 2 colds/flu per year...

Most people blood pressure when is going up nobody does something about...You start at, 25 years old...

2 points per year x 30 years = 60 points your blood pressure had risen [slowly and steadily it has been rising over the years]...when you are: 55 by the time you are 60 you get a heart attack...

same is with headache pills...though you get more than 5 headaches a year...

Also there are people who are very poor who can not do their blood test or cant afford medications to lower their blood pressure, like the homeless...The number globally has to be like, 5 Million AT LEAST...5 Million people with risk of getting a heart attack by the time they are 60...

While I'm pretty sure that's not how the math would work out I think you're right that taking pills for headaches, colds, etc. is generally more unhealthy than its worth. I take around 0-1 a year. I probably only would if I had a serious fever, like a really serious one. Otherwise, I find it more effective to let my bodies immune system take care of itself.

My high blood pressure is caused by my allergy pills I take on a daily basis. Zyrtec - D, Singulair, Flonase. I have to take HBP med to control it but it's worth it cause I am miserable without the allergy pills year round. Doc said I'm not allergic to one particular thing, just allergic to everything.
