You know what you could do with big 1 gallon plastic bottles that get dumb in the thrash....The big 1 gallon platic bottles of juices the large ones, well if you could find a way to stuff it up with sand or soil/dirt get 2 of them, get a pipe bar rod insert the pipe rod into both large plastic bottles you can create a curl bar weight, like for teens/women/elderly/kids all you have to do is make the sand glue itselft to the pipe bar rod....If you can make it to work it will be spectacular/awesome/so great if is not too heavy...the problem with cement is that is too heavy....With screws i dont know think of something...
