The USA Powerball gets to: $1.2 Billion dollars for it gets to: $300 Million every 6 months...

The USA has 300 Million people...There is: Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia except for India & China They all have twice the population of the USA...Then there is: India & China...Then there is Russia...

If a continent has 2 times the population of the USA it should have twice the: $1.2 Billion dollars that Powerball generates...

India has 4 times the population of the USA so it should have 4 times the: $1.2 Billion dollars that Powerball generates...Same is with China....Multiply everything...It comes out to: $183 Billion dollars every year...At: $2 the ticket it will be: $365 Billion dollars per year....From 1 Single Powerball, Remember the USA has 2...$365 Billion dollars a year: Is enough to cover everyone...

You might say well there will not be no jackpot, YES THERE WILL BE, they will just be getting the: 50 cents out of every dollar that the government normally keeps...you will get the jackpot side...

Also, if you let the jackpot not raise to: $300 Million dollars but instead let it reach to: $100 Million dollars let that be the Maximum prize then you will save: $246 Billion dollars per year extra...If you let the maximum prize be: $200 Million dollars then you save: $123 Billion dollars per year extra....

you know another reason why i do this...even though you loose more than you gain but still is money...There is like: 20 conflicts in the world each year and like: 8,000 people die on those conflicts each year...
If those 8,000 people were to give: $300 every month for 2 years only you know how much it will be: $10 Billion dollars...It will be: $10 Billion dollars every year...IS A LOT OF MONEY...Those: $10 Billion dollars could do very well been donated to AIDS research or in Road Constructions around the world, or to pay off people credit card debt, buy lots of electric/ethanol cars and create a electric/ethanol cars free lotto, ect...

this is also a message to everyone who has yellow skin or looks white...They been telling me this for years and i didnt believe it...Came to realized is true...I DONT CARE if you are a woman or a man...Want to know what it is...YOU HAVE COLD BLOOD, i am not saying you are a serial killer, what i am saying is you have cold blood...i dont know if is something in your blood some kind of special chemical/molecule if is how you see the world, if is the color of your skin, if is the cold temperature, if is your hair, or something on your eyesight, maybe is a molecule that when the first human bacteria were created, that molecule tied with the skin color spent more time in the freezer and damage it some, kind of like the freezer does to cells in cryogenics, dont know if is a heart beat problem tied to the skin color, i dont know what it is...

maybe is a molecule that when the first human bacteria were created, maybe it got bitten or inject part of a foreign dna or something from another bacteria who knows what it could be...think about it this way...if monkeys when they were evolving and turning into us if they had the cocaine or heroine plant nearby they will had evolved differently and we will had been different...Remember when the dinosaurs existed they were old bacterias and plants that we dont know about nor ever got to know, you never know...could had been an old virus...

all races got cold blood but yours is more elevated...do an experiment...Wiretap kids from: 1st grade to: 5th grade around the world dont tell them [mixed classroms]...YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE...

maybe it was the odor of dead dinosaurs when they remains converted to petroleum and it affected creatures i dont know...The odor will had been AROUND THE WORLD...

remember Darwin survival of the fittest...Well since you have that COLOR is sticks out of the crowd, is enough to make a kid go and have sex with another kid...Well maybe your side of the human family crowd your female group always wanted studs looking mates...I am not going to critized studs but studs how can i say it: They are not exactly SAINTS...So ONLY that kind of mating monkey, bacteria or lesser ancestors or whichever line of creatures we came from over millions of years...GO FIGURE...i said female because they werent humans yet...
