U.S. Government Printing Office Needs 350,934 National Detainee Handbooks Printed by 29 April 2011

On April 18th, the gu'mint put out a request for the printing of 350,934 "national detainee" handbooks.  Delivery deadline for this request is April 29th.

11 days to fulfill order.  Why do they need this many detainee handbooks in such a short period of time (especially when they still have all the 2009 versions)? 

Heads up.  April 19th - 29th is an established window for the evil ones and their blood sacrifices.

Excerpt from cryptogon.com:

TIME CRITICAL:
Notify Ron Boyum at 312-353-3916 x 17 or at rboyum@gpo.gov of the delivery status in the morning 2 days prior to the first shipment to meet the at destination delivery date. [sic]

This is a time-critical order. For the purpose of this contract, the provision in GPO Contract Terms Pub. 310.2 (Rev. 6-01) for schedule extensions does not apply. No automatic extensions of schedules will be made. All interested contractors must commit to the original schedule. Shipments must be made by a carrier that will guarantee delivery at destination within the specified schedule. Carrier’s “targets” in lieu of “guaranteed” deliveries will not be acceptable.

Looks to me like they are going to apprehend illegal immigrants on a mass scale and flood the detention centers to capacity.
President Ob a ma has recently mentioned he wants immigration reform put on the table now. Must have a plan for talking points to pass immigration reform. What better way for immigration to get on the front pages than mass detentions.

@konane: Could be, but the timing of this request coincides with the New Madrid earthquake drill (NLE 2011). People in the New Madrid region should be extremely vigilant during the next couple weeks.

Sully, yeah they should have all that freeze-dried food and water delivered and stored in the camps by now. Don't forget to pack a pillow....lol

@JAP69: That's a distinct possibility. Half of the pamphlets requested will be printed in Spanish.

I could be wrong but when I first seen your post I searched and pulled up what is in the handbook to see what was in it.

it's a misprint itself. it should be 308,745,538, less the well connected of course.

Well, I'll certainly do my part to help. I'll fire up my printer but I won't be able to handle the Spanish part.
I should have most of one handbook completed by 5pm tonite.   hmm...almost 3pm now, I better get started!

This is probably for the time gas hits 7 dollars a gallon in 2 months. The revolt will be ugly.

Hmm. Just read a report from an individual that had dinner with a manufacturer of New York City Police uniforms. He got an
order for a different type of uniform and asked what it was. He was told it was for the Prez own private police force that answers only to the Prez i.e. no hindress by the Constitution! It was on Steve Quayles "alerts" home page. This person reporting was asking for anyone else that could confirm this report.
Maybe it ties in with your story here.

Thanks for that info, TigerAngel. I saw the 'private police force' headline floating around. Will check out Quayle's site.

@joker: have to agree with your assessment. $7 gas may be the proverbial straw.

No big deal. Change the plates over at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, they'll have them done in a couple of hours.
