I read before about the tax credit for adoptive parents buried in the health care bill.
The whole tax system needs work on it.

Abolish all Federal taxes, tax shelters, tax breaks and enact Fair Tax which is based solely on items purchased not income. Eliminates all hidden taxes, loopholes ..... and class warfare politicians love to engage in.

Fair Tax is a great system, not perfect, but so much better than what we have. We wouldn't need the IRS if we had Fair Tax.
