Wow, I saw this episode, this is weird a couple weeks ago I switched doctors for my 11 year son, his regular doctor retired , he needed his chicken pox booster and tetnus booster for school next year.
She gave my son a questionaire to fill out, it started off as harmless, who are your friends,? do you eat fruit and veggies,? do you play video games ? do you play sports? simple things you would ask a kid, on the flip side of the page the questions started getting real personal, who lives in the house ? do you have lots of visitors? Do you know what sex is ? do you know what drugs are ? are there GUNS IN THE HOUSE AND ARE YOU AFRAID? I hit the roof when I read that one, I ripped up the paper and stuffed it in my purse, When the nurse wanted the questionaire back I explained we would not be filling it out , she knew I was not happy. The doctor also asked if we would consider having his fingerprints on file in case he went missing.....I was born at hight , but not last night, we will be finding a new doctor, and I'll have a questionaire for them. BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE CATALOGGING US.

@sully...thanks for that info re: your son's questionnaire. Many of us don't have school-aged children and are not aware how pervasive the enslavement program is in our "school" system.
