It was all about their water and lack of a central bank. Fresh water will be the new oil/gold in this new world odor.

I read the "unorganized, unaided, we're-not-sure-who-they-are" rebels already managed to establish an oil company and a central bank.

Lol...the central bank was the first thing the "rebels" did. How many of the world's oppressed would make a central bank their first priority when central banking is the PTB oppression of choice?
