Well lets say there is: 5 Million shoe repairmen in 1 country if all of them were to donate: $1 and 60 cents a month [or $19 a year] it will be: $96 Million dollars every year....Remember the SETI Institute Array and all the countries i mentioned...Well not all those countries are going to set SETI Arrays in their country [Remember is: $96 Million dollars PER year PER country]...Well something 1 or 2 or a couple or several of those countries can do is  BUY SUPERCOMPUTERS THE APPLE MACH5 SUPERCOMPUTER AND DONATE TO EVERY COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY AND HIGH SCHOOLS INSTITUTIONS IN THE WORLD....They can also use it for their OWN COUNTRIES ALSO....Just in the USA alone there must be like: 10,000 colleges/Universities not counting high schools...Ask yourself, If Einstein or Isaac Newton when they were in college only had a supercomputer at their disposal...You NEVER KNOW what the kid next door or your neighboor´s childrens might be formulating/thinking about...

I was thinking, you buy Mach5 Supercomputers for colleges and universities, semi-supercomputers for high schools and mini-supercomputers for: 7th-9th grades schools around the world...

I keep thinking for Colleges & Universities, instead of buying a MACH5 supercomputer for 1 college by them 2 or 3 Semi-Supercomputers for the same College/University for broader usage....
