Has anyone any scientist try checking the blood pressure, cholesterol level and artherosclerosis [clerosis] of every inmate in the world see if he/she finds something any correlation...It will be terrible to find out that that whats driving inmates or half of inmates to behave bad is high blood pressure...

You know something that is horrible??? Gay people they dont have kids, instead of abstaining from having kids and channel that energy towards helping prison inmates in any way they can but no gay people are DYING to have a child..When you dont have a child you have an advantage over everyone else...Even if is just contributing 3 pennies a month...

You know there are people who travel all the time in private jets, some everyday...I know you can take with you a very light dumbells and work out your entire trajectory, specially if you travel everyday on private jet or every 3 days...Who will know...Those are 2-4 hours you are wasting...The same is if you travel everyday on a ship, like fishing ships or cargo ships...

To Hollywood Celebrities...Not telling you what to do...Is just an idea...If you are a successfull Celebrity and you have lots of money i mean $80 million or $100 Million or more and you want take a long break and you want to contribute to a research ,charity, cause you can go around the world and lend your image and make low paying publicity ads [not to your paygrade standard in the USA but still] they might pay you like: $300,000 or $700,000 money that you can use to donate to charity or a cause or invest those: $300,000 and the dividends of that investment you donate it to charity...I call this writing checks...: )....Something else you can do and you want take a long break and you want to contribute to a research, charity, cause you can make a TV series or low budget films the ones for TV they will pay you like: $3 Million or $4 Million dollars place them in the bank and the $200,000 from interests every year you donate it...

The other day i read that 50% of the U.S OR GLOBAL FOOD PRODUCTION doesnt reach consumers something to do with manufacturing and supply problems...So there should be enough food to feed the world...

You know something i just realized, there is something more important than playing a: ipods/music when working out at home...Want to know what that is??? Friends and the Large Screen from Sisco System...Friends or watching them through the syscom system screen watching them work out in a gym whereever you are live...Remember what i said, friends or someone to work out with is a more important part when working out...So if you had that screen specially if is a large screen and you can connect with your friends as though was a cell phone TV...is better you get better results...
Also read an article that says that Nachos with Melted Cheese has: 1,100 Calories...Dear Lord...Totally Unaware of it...So you all know.....

I got a diet plan that i think will help you lose weight in the long run but unlike other diets this diet is FOREVER...It saves you on grocery bills but i worry about too much meat consumption everyday...Buy wheat bread a whole months worth, buy TURKEY SASSAUGES a whole months worth, mustards and if you like lettuce and tomatoes...You fix yourself a Turkey Saussauge Sandwich with wheat bread and you eat it everyday 5 days a week...On weekends you eat regular food, healthy food though....You buy yourself Tea bags the box and you prepare yourself a semi-large tea pot, let it boil add the tea bag, then let it could down a bit and add a good size block of ice and make ice tea out of it....And you eat it everyday as much as you need 5 days a week FOREVER for as long as you live and on weekends [saturdays & Sundays] you eat regular food...But try making half of 2 weekends the regular food have no meat on it to help your kidneys...
