I think it is about time that someone take action against the people that chose not to stop talking on their cell phone in public places. There is such a thing as having respect for others....I have been in the supermarket when I have witness people talking non-stop on their cell phones and even at the check out counter. They talk so loud, you could hear them across the store. When my cell phone rings, I chose to talk in a private place so that I do not annoy others...One thing I hate is when you chose to have a nice dinner out and you sitting next to someone talking so loud on their cell phone that you cannot enjoy your meal. We have some businesses here in our area that they have private areas to go into to talk on cell phones...
