Got a an idea:  Take the $195 Billion dollars and divide them into: $10 Billion dollars and each $10 Billion dollars is for each game, like $10 Billion dollars for some 1 board game, $10 Billion dollars for another Board Game, $10 Billion for 1 Casino game, $10 Billion dollars for another casino game, then $10 Billion for 1 Mind game,  then $10 Billion dollars for 1 Scratchoff game, ect, ect...All divided into $1 Billion dollars...

I say divide them into: $1 Billion dollars each....
