Well it reach to: $780 Billion dollars Scratchoffs between USA Russia China India if it costs: $100 the scratchoff...If the ticket costs: $120 it will be a: $936 Billion dollars scratchoff...If the ticket costs: $140 it will be a: $1 Trillion dollars scratchoff....If the ticket costs: $160 it will be a: $1.3 Trillion dollars scratchoff....If the ticket costs: $180 it will be a: $1.4 Trillion dollars scratchoff....If the ticket costs: $200 it will be a: $1.6 Trillion dollars scratchoff...

And this will be every year...And thats just from 1 type of scratchoff....

You can take: $300 Billion to $400 Billion dollars from the 1.4 Trillion dollars and donate it to the Planet for whatever the planet needs....

Some Thoughts:

Theoretically speaking, What can cause a Global Recession, Sporradic Recessions and maybe a depression....ANSWER IS: THE PRICE OF GASOLINE...GASOLINE IS WHAT MAKES EVERYTHING GO UP OR DOWN IN PRICE...So if the price of gasoline goes up stuffs will cost more and if stuff cost more few people will consume it, making the Global market of consumer not buy products...If it goes too low stuff will be very cheap and people will overstock not buying products either....So the price has to be balanced....

Indonesia-Brazil-Pakistan-Nigeria-Bangladesh-Russia-Japan-Mexico Unified Stock Market/Forex [all of you all got almost the same population]....Listen the USA unified their stock market with Europe and created a USA-Europe Stock Market so why cant you....

HOW ABOUT A GLOBAL LARGE CITIES UNIFIED STOCK MARKET...All of them have the population of:  536 Million people...They can join forces with countries with less than: 15 Million people....

Also the state of Massachussetts has a: $300 Million Scratchoff and the population of Massachussetts is: 6.3 Million...So 536 Million people divided by: 6.3 Million = $26.8 Billion dollars Scratchoff thats every year at $20 only...Had the scratchoff costs: $200 it will pay:  $268 Billion dollars Scratchoff....and thats every year....

And i am guessing that if all those large cities were to join forces with countries with less than: 15 Million people they will create a: 536 Billion dollars Global Cities-Small Countries Scratchoff....and thats every year....
