Well lets say there is: 5 Million shoe repairmen in 1 country if all of them were to donate: $1 and 60 cents a month [or $19 a year] it will be: $96 Million dollars every year....Remember the SETI Institute Array and all the countries i mentioned...Well not all those countries are going to set SETI Arrays in their country [Remember is: $96 Million dollars PER year PER country]...Well something 1 or 2 or a couple or several of those countries can do isTAKE THE $96 MILLION DOLLARS LET IT ACCUMULATE FOR 10 YEARS OR 15 YEARS IT WILL BE BETWEEN: $2 BILLION DOLLARS TO 4.5 BILLION IF 3 COUNTRIES JOIN AND WITH IT BUILD A SECOND HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE OR BUILD A BRIDGE SIMILAR TO THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE MAYBE LONGER THAN THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE BECAUSE IN THE USA THE CURRENCY VALUE/PRICE OF LIVING IS HIGHER...They can also use it for their OWN COUNTRIES ALSO IF THEY LIKE....

And while it accumulates the money you can also if you like let it earn interests and use the money for charity or something you might need or your region/continent/country or some country might need...
