You know what you could do with plastics bags that are thrown in the thrash, recycle them and you create a paper wrapper [forgot what they are called, like a zip lock bag for papers, will be like a condom for paper] and you cover every paper in the world with it...It covers the paper against rain, dust and errosion of the paper...

you could theoretically put a condom of plastic over books sort of speak and book covers so they dont wet and to protect them...

 How About Creating something similar to Horse racing gambling...

Have an idea: Invent a new sport....You see how they got horse racing???? Why not create a pool as long as the horse racing track, with seats and all for people to bet and observe...Instead of calling it, horse racing gambling we will call it: swimming racing gambling...

They can use it in the Artic or to break ice in the artic/antartic...I dont think there are that many ships in the Antartic...the other day i heard on the Discovery Channel there was an expendition that was stationed in the Antartic and guess what, they receive supplies and food ONCEEEE A YEEARRR, i think they were building some kind of telescope or something...

if it has any secret technology take it from it...They can be used as fishing or to bring food/supplies to Siberia...

They could give it as a gift to the country of: Mongolia or sell it to them for: $5 Million dollars...
