If everyone in the USA stoped using the AC just for the summer and lets say the bill is: $200 a month....It will be: $200 Billion dollars in 3 months....Enough to pay Greece or Ireland or Portugal bailout debt...

in turn you ask all 3 to change their National language to English...

Something else the USA could had done is take those: $200 Billion dollars and create a mini- stimilus package....How much was the stimulus package??? $700 Billion dollars, well this one will be: $200 Billion dollars...

If you dont want to do it, SOMETHING ELSE YOU COULD DO WITH IT IS...ONLY IF YOU WANNT...YOU CAN USE IT TO FEED ALL THE HUNGRY PEOPLE IN AFRICA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD WITH IT...IFFF YOU WANTT....
