if you count the countries that have from: 27 Million people to 43 Million people [including, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, and Tanzania]...If they all unite AND THEY ALL UNITE WITH ALL THE ISLANDS OF THE WORLD they will have at least: 1 Billion people...Three times the population of the USA...They are 17 countries in all plus all of the world´s Islands...Provided the medium/average number of people each country has is 35 Million people....

So you will three times the same amount that Powerballs and MegaMillions reaches in the USA....
