i didnt want to waste this post so though i mention something...

remember when i said that you could create 2 story building houses subdivision complexes like they do in japan...by that i mean that is a long 2 story building where 1 house is ontop another house and is a subdivision of this...well if you did the houses/subdivisions they will costs: 25% or more less/cheaper the rent or the price....

and i thought: Those 25% or more can go into a large swimming pool for each house or a home gym, or/and a dental clinic or/and even a clinic for the subdivision, or making the kids be in private school, or free washer and dryer + a home gym + computer + furniture or/and a home gym + big screen TV + all 3-4 meals a day free forever or/and a big gym for the entire subdivision, or/and into a life insurance policy for each home, or/and free medical insurance, or/and free transportation for a lifetime, or/and making the house more spacious like with an extra bedroom and an extra shower, or/and free laundry, ect, ect...

they do this in japan...
