Kindred Penguin
Published:
Some of us must go
our own way.
We are not satisfied
by houses, cars, new
appliances, fad or
fashion. Like a Ken
might be or a Gwen
might be.
Like a lone penguin
cuts himself
from the herd to find
a new warmer land.
We search interior
for the hidden gem
we study the cosmic
crack of spirit
to give birth
to some kind of art.
We do it all alone.
Only sometimes
we meet another
a kindred penguin
then, we have company. (aka TA)

Here I am, just as I promised.
I like the poem, though I'm not sure how well I care for the penguin analogy for non-Catholics. Yeah, I generally like it, the poem.
Thanks for sharing it.
